1st, I spoke with Terri who scheduled my first service call at Handy’s. She transferred me to Josh for scheduling. He couldn’t have been nicer. Spent time explaining what they would be doing and the associated costs. I actually questioned the price because I thought it was not enough. He told me it’s enough and just asked that if I’m satisfied to please come back for service in the future. Last, but not least, Remi, the service Tech, did an incredible job on my 2017 Corvette. The car now runs great and it’s as clean as when I brought it in….. I totally have complete confidence in recommending Hand Cars Service Department.

Leon Leandro was my sales guy. He was great. It took a couple of weeks for me to get all my questions asked and make a final choice. Leon answerd all my questions and was always polite and patient with me. The day I picked up my toyota rav4 he greeted me right off with a smile and a hand shake. He walked me through every step. I would go to him again.

We made an appointment for the S Burlington location but the call center booked it in St Albans. Josh apologized for the mix up and managed to squeeze us in and complete the service in under an hour. He was very courteous and professional.

I had a great experience buying my car here. Corey was my salesperson, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. The whole process was truly one-stop — they took care of my financing through EastRise and handled the DMV registration, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. Initially, I was looking at a couple of wholesale (AS IS) cars, and I really appreciated how transparent they were about the issues with those vehicles. That honesty gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. In the end, I decided on a car that was actually newer than I originally planned — a 5-year-old vehicle that looks and feels like new. There was absolutely no pressure during the process, which I really valued. Overall, I’m very pleased with how everything went and extremely happy with my car. Highly recommend!
